These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of removeyoutubevideo.com and the content removal services we provide. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide content and account removal services on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as described on our Pricing page — including video removal, account deletion, and account restoration. We identify applicable platform policies, file requests through official channels, and follow up until resolved or the request is exhausted.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information and content links you provide are accurate, and that you have the right to request removal of the content in question (for example, as the affected business, individual, or a rights holder). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we believe this isn’t the case.
We put genuine effort into every case, but platforms make the final decision on any removal request. Not every request succeeds, and some content — including honest negative opinions or reviews that don’t violate a platform’s specific policies — is not eligible for removal regardless of effort. Pricing for each service is listed on our Pricing page and is per item (per video) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods and instructions are provided during checkout. We do not begin work on ACH, wire, Western Union, or Payoneer orders until payment is confirmed received.
Most cases are resolved within a few business days to a few weeks, depending on the platform and the nature of the request. We do not guarantee a specific timeline, since removal decisions are made by the platforms themselves, not by us.
You agree not to use our services to submit false claims, harass a third party, or attempt to remove lawful, non-violating content through fraudulent means. We reserve the right to refuse service for requests that appear to violate this.
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including situations where a removal request is unsuccessful.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
